Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Returns and exchanges can be made within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return or exchange your items. The email must include the first and last name of the person who placed the original order, your order number, and the reason for your exchange or return. Returns and exchanges must be securely packed and sealed with a copy of our original delivery packing slip. Once received we will notify you via email that we've received your package and take further steps to process your return/exchange. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. All refunds will not include original shipping cost.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Don’t Call Me Pretty processes and ships in stock items within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted.
If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.
All items are shipped USPS either First Class or Priority.
